A different starting point

Helping neurodivergent employees work well

Neurodivergent employees do not need to be fixed. They may benefit from greater understanding, practical strategies and working environments that recognise different needs.

4Well at Work helps individuals, managers and organisations move from good intentions to useful, everyday support.

Nutrition at work

Realistic nutrition education, without perfectionism

Nutrition does not treat ADHD. Food choices and eating patterns can, however, support energy, concentration, mood and general wellbeing.

Guidance is evidence-informed and designed for busy working lives. The focus is on manageable changes rather than complicated plans or unrealistic expectations.

01

Regular eating

Reducing long gaps and building a steadier pattern through the working day.

02

Adequate protein

Finding practical ways to include protein in meals and snacks.

03

Hydration

Making it easier to drink regularly, even on busy or focused days.

04

Simple preparation

Low-effort food ideas and realistic workplace routines.

ADHD coaching for employees

Coaching creates space for an employee to understand their own patterns, identify barriers and develop strategies that work in practice.

Support is individual, collaborative and grounded in the realities of the employee’s role. It can be helpful whether someone is newly diagnosed, has known about their ADHD for years, or is still making sense of what it means for them at work.

  • Planning and prioritising
  • Task initiation
  • Time management
  • Managing overwhelm
  • Communication
  • Deadlines and follow-through
  • Workplace routines
  • Adjusting after diagnosis

Manager and team training

Managers are often keen to help but unsure what good support looks like in day-to-day practice.

Training gives managers a clearer understanding of ADHD and neurodivergence at work, alongside practical ways to improve conversations, communication and working arrangements.

Practical strategies

Turning insight into realistic changes that can be used in a working day.

3

Individual differences

Recognising that no two people experience ADHD or work in the same way.
